At memorylane shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Intimate or personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If you still have not received it, contact us at hello@memorylanehub.com.

5. Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@memorylanehub.com with photos of the damaged item.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at hello@memorylanehub.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
