All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Times
We ship internationally from our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times are:
- Cameroon & Central Africa: 7–15 business days
- Rest of Africa: 10–20 business days
- Europe & North America: 10–25 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or high-demand periods.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions.
4. Order Tracking
