📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are:

  • 🇨🇲 Within Cameroon: 2–5 business days
  • 🌍 International: 7–21 business days depending on destination

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer multiple shipping options including standard, express, and local moto delivery within Cameroon.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to 17+ countries including France, Germany, UK, USA, Canada, Belgium, Netherlands, and more via DHL International.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We can make changes before the order is processed for shipping. Once shipped, we are unable to cancel.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What items cannot be returned?

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Digital products (e.g. Fragrance Guides)
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Yes, 100%. Every product we sell is genuine and carefully sourced from trusted suppliers. We do not sell counterfeit or replica products.

Can I request a product that's not in your store?
